First and Second class had a fantastic day at the British and Irish Para Badminton Championships in the National Indoor Arena on Thursday 25th June.
The children got to watch the athletes in action and met Irish Olympian badminton players also. Additionally, the children took part in an exciting taster coaching session led by a performance badminton coach, where they learned new skills and had great fun putting them into practice.
It was a memorable experience for everyone, and we are very grateful to Badminton Ireland for providing our school with this wonderful opportunity.
